They were excellent at communicating, the cleaner did well. There were a few missed cracks I noticed after the cleaner left, but after communicating that with the owner they were very understanding and lowered the price. Definitely make sure to look over the house and communicate your needs before and after the cleaning, and before they leave. First time having someone clean the space so rookie mistake. Overall though I would consider using them again.

I called Silky Pro Maids and set up an appointment to have a deep clean done at my house. My house looks amazing and the ladies were friendly and professional. I set up weekly cleanings and am thrilled about it. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!

Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY from Silky Pro Maids.
My husband and I were highly disappointed with the work Silky provided and her professionalism when we tried to tell her that many areas were missed.
First, she and her crew (2 others) arrived an hour late. I understand jobs can take longer than expected so I was ok with it. Over the phone she discussed the cleaning would be 3-4 hours, with 3 cleaners. They only stayed 2 hours. I thought it was really quick for a first time deep clean. Then, looking through the house after they left, we noticed that whole rooms were missed, carpet wasn’t vacuumed at all, showers still had soap scum, areas were not dusted or mopped.
I messaged Silky and sent her pictures of the areas missed and she said that she can do those areas next time. I asked if she meant she was coming back to finish cleaning or if she meant next month (since we had originally planned on having her come back monthly). She replied, “next month.” Why would I have to pay again for her to come back the following month to clean the areas that she missed?
So I told her I’d prefer if she came back before next month to finish things. Throughout this entire conversation I was trying to be cordial and not rude. Then after seeing how much of the house they didn’t clean, we wanted to just get a refund.
She got upset and said that she gave us a really good price for the size of our house and that we wouldn’t have found this price anywhere else (We hired her based on reviews, not based on the price). She said that she stands by her work and that she can come back the following day.
Silky and one of the other women came back the following day, and she started giving me attitude as soon as she came in the door. She said they were going to clean whatever they missed and not the whole house. But they pretty much missed the whole house. The only thing they cleaned was the tops of some counters, the dining table, and toilets. The house didn’t look professionally cleaned at all. She said that our house is big and she didn’t know our house so she didn’t know where needed cleaning, but we asked for everything to be cleaned. My husband showed her all the dust that was left on the oven door handle and we showed her all the pictures. You don’t need to know our house to know that carpets should be vacuumed, floors mopped, things dusted, showers cleaned, etc. She got upset and basically said, “Forget this, I’m done with you people. I’ll refund you $50 but not the whole amount,” and stormed out. We have yet to receive any kind of refund but will be disputing this.
