- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost is only $1 Million Dollars! LOL I hope you can enjoy a little humor. You know the old saying you get what you pay for, well it's so true. Keep that in mind as you are reviewing quotes. Some companies that charge a low flat fee, generally aren't going to provide you with the quality of service you seek. These are the ones you hear horror story of, so don't fall for the "Blue Light Special", just to save a buck. To provide you with educated and qualified professionals to manage your property and navigate through the sometimes complex rules and laws, it does require a fair wage. After all, you wouldn't want to work for nothing, would you? Our fees are a fair and honest wage, and will vary based on the type of property, level of management you desire and if it's a placement only service or full monthly management services. Our management fees will vary from 7-10% with a leasing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal at 4M Property Solutions is to provide a high level of personalized management solutions to help you in maintaining the integrity of your investment. We meet with you and provide you with a detailed market analysis of your home, we discuss the home and what you're looking to do with the property, as well as providing information about getting the home "Rent Ready".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knowledge rules! Our 4M staff stays educated and up-to-date through our membership in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), as well as the local Chamber of Commerce, Educational Industry Video's, etc.
