Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our company pays meticulous attention to detail. We frequently spend 10-15 combined hours, in preparation, even before the day of your wedding. We like to consider ourselves a much more inclusive company than many of our competitors. With our company, you sign one contract, pay one deposit, and can get up to 6 distinct, wedding related service. This, of course, reduces your up-front out-of-pocket expense. One deposit secures up to 6 separate services! We most often, begin to serve our potential clients in many different and very involved ways, prior to them even hiring us. One of the most important ways, is by serving to help our clients find services providers for the things our company does not do. Because we have served in many venues as Directors, Entertainers, Ministers, Officiants, Sound Engineers, and Lighting Designers - we know all of the functional challenges, advantages, and disadvantages of each venue - first hand. And, we are never afraid to tell you when something is undesirable about a venue, or that something you want to do would be very difficult at a particular venue. In order for you to make a fully informed decision in choosing a venue. This also greatly reduces the stress of figuring these things out, on the day of, and having to compromise your wedding dreams because of unforeseen problems. Of course, in addition to advising on venues, we have worked with so many of the multitude of other wedding service providers. We likewise, can advise you on which of these companies would fit into the vision you have for your wedding. My entertainment experience also allows me to professionally and precisely provide music for your ceremony, in addition to your reception. I have up to four “lapel/lavaliere” microphones which can be used by you, your fiancé and two other people of your choice. I have 3 complete sets of equipment. This means - if your ceremony will be a considerable distance away (even, a driving distance) - I can set up simultaneous equipment set-ups to accommodate multiple locations with very minimal delay to transition from one segment of the day to the other. Very uniquely, we suggest and offer something called a same-day rehearsal. A same-day rehearsal would essentially be the same as a previous day rehearsal, only it would be about 3 or 4 hours prior to your ceremony start time on the day of your wedding. Which means - everyone will be sure to already have the day free (instead of having to obligate to another day), everything will be set up pretty much the way it will be for the ceremony, later in the day, and everyone will have all of the functional procedures more fresh on their mind by doing it the same day. In addition to these benefits, there is also the financial bonuses of - not needing to pay the venue for an additional day, and, my charge for showing up early to do a same-day rehearsal, is much less than showing up on a separate day just for rehearsal. Some brides are worried about the groom seeing her before she walks down the isle during the official ceremony. But, brides do not need to participate in the rehearsal. Since the bride is the very last person to walk in, and there is no doubt where the bride will be standing - there really is not anything for the bride to practice or need to know, prior to the ceremony. As for your reception music - I have a very successful method, that I have used. I play the oldest music early in the reception. This allows grandma and grandpa a chance to enjoy and interact with everyone. The oldest people typically leave the reception first. Then, as the time goes on, I will journey through the decades of music and any genre or era of music that people really respond to - I will play more of it. I try to hold out and keep the newest music for near the end of the evening. Our pre- Production and Day-of Directorial service, includes: - Meeting with you in person, to go over our contract, and give you a multiple page questionnaire document, for you to fill out and return to me as soon as possible; - Being available and open to having as many conversations on the phone or other communication as necessary, with very attentive response time; - Upon receiving the completed questionnaire form, from you - I would suggest that we set aside a time for us to speak on the phone to illuminate and clarify your needs and wants, for the big day. During this conversation, I will make notes, adjustments, and corrections to my copy of the questionnaire; - Creating a detailed, step by step Screenplay from the beginning of your ceremony to the very end of your reception (based on your returned questionnaire forms, and our phone conference); - Contacting, and coordinating with all vendors prior to the day of (most especially the photographer and venue personnel), and let them know I am willing to give them a final draft copy of the Screenplay; - Make adjustments to the rough draft of the Screenplay, and make a final draft (you can always change things on the Screenplay, at any time you want); - Contact other involved service providers, to introduce myself as your Wedding Producer, and Director, and let them know that I will be directing the functional activities for your ceremony and reception. - Acquire any needed songs (for the songs you may want for specific parts of the ceremony and/or reception - ie prelude music, bridal entrance, sand ceremony/unity candle, recessional, bridal party entrance, bride/father dance, groom mother dance, cake cutting etc..). - Being there prior to ceremony to meet, and intro myself to all of the vendors as they arrive. I will also instruct your Minister/Officiant, Photographer and other vendors, concerning any activities which they are responsible for, or involved in. - Directing every action of your ceremony. Queuing people to walk (with the help of my lady Valerie, using wireless headsets, if needed). Also, playing the songs at appropriate times. - Directing every single activity of your reception, working closely with the vendors and yourself to make sure everything continues to flow, and making sure anyone involved in any formal activity is in place and ready to perform, through to the very end of the evening, usually with a "send-off"; All of this, of course, would be in addition to providing Entertainment, MC, and Sound Engineering services. Finally, I do not know of any other companies who provide so many services under one roof. In addition to all of the outstanding services already mentioned, our company also offers Ceremony Officiating, Minister and Notary services. We like to work in different areas, experience new venues/locations. We like to make lifelong friends out of our couples, and we derive much joy from helping so many people with such an important day in their lives.

I recently did a wedding where Nate was DJing and he did a wonderful job. He was well prepared, detail oriented, professional, and a great DJ! He stayed in touch with me prior to the wedding to be sure he was prepared and had everything he needed to give my bride a fantastic experience. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Nathan our DJ and the company owner was fantastic! We had no issues what so ever and my husband and I truly enjoyed talking to him. One of our guests came up to me during the reception and said "Your DJ is the best ever!" He had played two Beatles songs for her upon request. Would I use Complete Entertainment again? Yes, in a heartbeat!

Monica Bready, if it wouldn't have been your wedding night, I think I would have tried to steal Trevor and convince him to come and have a few beers with me. He was cool as hell to talk to and I couldn't have asked for a more fun and courteous crowd. You are a true lady and he a very lucky gentleman!
