- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To get a true estimate for counter tops i really need the drawing so I can get the write estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Give us the drawing of your cabinets for the countertops or we will come out and do a free estimate. 2. We will educate you on the difference of granite and quartz 3. Choose your slab for your project 4. Pay the deposit 5. We will then come out to template your home 6. We will then fabrication of your stone 7. We call you to install your counter top at your home. We are averaging 12 days after template 8. We will then show you how to take care of your stone after the install and you then pay for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the education and training in sales, education on the stone and what you need to know about taking care of your countertops. My fabricator and installers have been in the business for 17 years and its an art. We hand craft and custom our stones so no computer doing our work its our guys working hard making every edge look perfect.
