What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50.00 per hour billed on the quarter hour for the time I am with my client. However, I do not charge for phone calls and emails when off site - I want my clients to call with questions or concerns!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client is all about finding out what the client really doesn't like to do in regards to running a business. Most small business owners have created a business around something they love. By handing the administrative and accounting functions of their business for them, our clients have more time to do what they love and focus on growing their business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, Accounting education from Macomb County Community College, five years in retail management, five years in human resource management.
