- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to either establish a work by the hour price or do bids for jobs. We do have a standardized price list we can offer for those who are looking for an established long term relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing to establish when working with a new customer is to find out what their goals are. This is true whether it's a construction job, a buyer looking for a house, or an investor who is looking for property management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed broker for nearly a decade as well as am a licensed property manager. I have licensed construction crews as well as hourly handymen.
