Introduction: I am a certified STOTT Pilates trainer who enjoys working with both men and women at all fitness levels. Whether you’re a runner, golfer, skier or tennis pro who wants to improve performance and stay injury-free or someone who is getting back into a fitness routine and looking to increase core strength and stability, Pilates will benefit you!
During your first visit, we will discuss your goals, talk about current routines and complete a postural analysis. All of this information will allow me to create a workout plan that is customized to you.
I love working one-on-one with a client; being able to focus on their fitness needs and make a difference in their health and well-being is very satisfying. I also really enjoy the problem solving that ultimately takes place – figuring out the right programming choices based on the client’s goals and needs. I’ve seen first-hand how Pilates can impact someone’s life in such a huge way and I love being able to share that with others.
