- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) First we meet for a Free 30 minutes Consultation, to see what are the needs, and how I can accommodate them. 2.) I will formulate a Meal or Foods Plan for the Client based on their needs. 3.) Day 1 consists of Before Photos, Body Fat test, Measurements, and weigh-in, and a Fitness Test to see what my Client strength vs weakness is. 4.) Finally, we start working regularly and I monitor their results & curtail their workout regimen to favor their goal.
