FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a complimentary sample session to make sure it is a good fit between coach and client. Once that is established, I offer a few different coaching packages for my clients to look over and see what's best for them. I strongly encourage a minimum of 12 sessions in order for clients to create lasting change in their lives, and sessions are typically scheduled twice a month with accountability in between.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honors BA in Organizational Theory from Brown University, Providence, RI, 2006 Co-Active Coaching Program, CTI (the Coaches Training Institute), San Rafael, CA, 2015-2017 Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Greens Ayurveda, Kerala, India, 2016 Graduate of Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute, New York, NY 2014
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending ten years of my career working in corporate retail in New York City, I decided to take a leap and follow my passions for food & wellness. I left my job, traveled the world alone for ten months, and immersed myself in the world of wellness and self care. I studied Co-active coaching, Ayurveda, and health supportive cooking, and I offer my clients specialized and dynamic coaching packages using a mix of all three to address the strong connection between mind & body.
