Have used Zoe services about 10 times now my next appointment is in 2 days! Really looking forward to it! First Zoe asks about your problem areas how long you have had the problem what your diagnosis was and areas you would like her to focus on and how long of a massage you would like. She brings everything you need for your professional massage in the comfort of your home. She checks with you as to the pressure she is using and is a strong young woman so if you like strong pressure she is very able to do so! If the pressure is too much let her know and she will adjust. Her pricing is fair her work is professional, and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to get a message. Her work is really helping me in my day to day well being!

Zoe is wonderful and has a wealth of knowledge to share. She always makes sure to treat any problem areas the best she can and give tips for home care to keep up with the wear I put on my muscles. She really cares and is amazing at what she does!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A standard Massage Session for 60 minutes: $65, 90 minutes: $95, 120 minutes: $125 Mileage: First 5 miles are FREE, then it's $0.50 cents a mile after that. *Additional fees may be added, but are always discussed and disclosed to clients ahead of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with a new potential client about what their needs are, expectations and making sure I'm the right match and can provide them with what they need. After some basic information Is gathered an appointment is made. At the appointment I have a small form for the client to fill out that we discuss briefly before starting the session. My goal is to make sure my client is comfortable and confident in me while I work on them. The session, which is done according to the needs and request of the client, is then started and then to end I like to talk with the client again to go over what I found and how sessions should go on from there. Also if there is any exercise routines and/or postural habits that I need to have the client adjust on their time between sessions.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved to work with my hands. To provide health and healing to others by way of that, could not be any more perfect a match for me. Massage Therapy is something very natural and instinctive for me.
