Mark Taylor and PFIM has done some extensive work for us over the last few years. He has done work both in my home and as a subcontractor for me at Eglin AFB. The home work has included a remodel of our upstairs that included a dormer and all the finish work. He has installed tile and even made suggestions how to achieve the fine finished look in our 1920 house. The end result is a space that respects the bones of our house but also brought it up to date. Mark also designed and installed custom awnings and sunshades...people literally stop their cars to ask us who did them! He has a great eye for detail and is a think on his feet problem solver. On Eglin, my company contracted him to build custom cabinetry. Both my company and our customers are very happy. I would suggest anyone looking for an honest, hardworking Contractor give Mark and his crew serious consideration. He truly is a fix it man!

We needed our house pressure washed and painted. Not only did they give us an incredibly reasonable estimate, including cutting back encroaching trees, but they developed a detailed plan for the necessary repairs exposed during the job. The plan covered the repairs which were needed immediately, those that could be addressed later, and included a schedule so that we could do them on our budget. We could not have been happier with the work, and the care that was taken in putting together the repair plan sealed the deal. I would absolutely recommend Pensacola Fix-It Man. The professionalism they demonstrated ensured that for our future home maintenance needs, we wouldn't even consider anyone else.

He built me a beautiful fence in the front yard to block the view from the street to inside my house. It is not the traditional privacy fence. It was artfully designed by him and built in an afternoon.

No, since each job is different. We do base of our projects according to "Walker's Building Estimator's Reference Book" and the local cost labor & materials.

4 yr degree in construct technology - all testing at the state for building construction and specialty construction- Commercial & Residential . With over 30 yrs in the panhandle of Florida
