Roof leak. Robert came and looked it over. He not only got on the roof, but came inside and went into the attic . He found the problem, and explained the problem and we agreed on the price to repair. I had three other contractors give me bids, but none ever went into the attic to verify the leak , before Richard. Richard removed and replaced the damaged shingles, decking, ridge vents, and facia boards. He also installed a solar powered roof mounted attic fan to help ventilate the attic. He also hung a new back door, and installed a new door knob on a new inside door.
Including the trip to Lowe's for materials, Richard was done within six hours.
I'm completely satisfied with everything, and now I'm waiting on the next rain storm.
