FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have done strictly repairs for 2 years and the number 1 issue with floors is moisture. customers should do their homework on moisture tolerance on each product, acclimation, RH, NWFA guidelines. At the visit for the estimate, the customer can really test the professional's knowledge and experience on the matter. If their answers do not comply with what the customer has learned that can mean a big headache in the near future. There is no amount of nails or glue that will hold down a hardwood, laminate or vinyl flooring if it expands and there are no expansion gaps. Same goes for contraction, an entire floor can simply "shrink ".
