Daniel was great to work with. He really knows flooring and is a talented pro at it. I originally hired him to refinish the hardwood floor someone else had told me was under my bedroom carpet. He responded to my request quickly, and was easy to schedule with. He arrived on time on the day of my project and immediately went to work. Only . . . turned out there wasn't hardwood under my bedroom carpet. I was frustrated, but Daniel immediately offered some alternatives for what I could do with the floor. I decided to have vinyl flooring installed, and he even had some samples with him for me to check out. Even though my project took a pivot from our original plan, Daniel handled it like a pro, working efficiently, cleaning up everything when he finished, and giving an incredible result. I had someone over shortly after Daniel finished, and the first thing they said when they walked into the room (not knowing I'd just had the floor installed) was, "Wow, beautiful floor!" My child, who had opted out of getting rid of their carpet when I asked a few weeks ago if they'd be interested, took one look at my floor and decided they now want the same. So we're scheduling Daniel to come back for that. Happy to have found such great service and value and talent!

I had DC flooring refinish my old parquet floor that came with the house in 66. The floor had several spots of wear and tear and planks were very loose at the threshold of kitchen. I couldn’t be more pleased with the price and the quality of his work. The floor looks fantastic and the planks are totally secure. Look no further for your hardwood refinishing needs. Daniel did an amazing job refinishing my original hardwood floors. He was able to make areas with water damages and deep scratched disappear. Truly amazing work. Daniel did a beautiful job on our old oak hardwood floors. This was a whole-house job, he sanded every square inch and refinished to a beautiful satin sheen. Our new floors are truly the pride and joy of our home! We had painting done a week after Daniel finished, and unfortunately the painter did some damage to our beautiful floors- we would hire Daniel to make repairs in a heartbeat, if he has time in his busy schedule.
