It was very lucky day for us when we found our attorney, Carmine LoFaro. We chose his firm specifically for its expertise in estate settlement, debt resolution and real estate and are so glad that we did. Our relative died suddenly and without a will leaving us to settle his estate from out of state. In addition to court judgements for debt, the house was in foreclosure, and it turned out, in violation of environmental standards from a leaking fuel storage tank. Carmine guided us through the estate settlement, bonding, income tax, foreclosure and environmental cleanup with the NJDEP. In our ongoing dealings with him by phone and by internet we were never in doubt that our best interests were at the forefront, and we felt that we were being represented not only by an expert advocate but by someone who was truly our friend. Phone calls and emails were returned the same day, even after normal business hours. To say that our expectations were greatly exceeded would be an understatement. We give Carmine our highest recommendation and would definitely use him again.
