- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts to anyone using the service for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning. I don’t charge for cancellations. I am rally flexible with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to meet the customer first before cleaning their home for the first time. This way on the first cleaning we both know the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for quite sometime. I actually clean a school now and I’ve been with them for 8 years. I have gotten many cleaning classes from them even my boiler license- high pressure black seal.
