- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are Negotiable...I usually charge $50 per hour with at least a $25 trip charge based on distance.If you are within 20 miles from me I usually do not charge a trip charge.Larger projects or Quotes that need supplies will be based on price of supplies.I do not mark up any supplies.I am not a person that harps on price. If I am there I am going to take care of whatever you need.We can talk price when I am done.Trips to get supplies is in the price I already quoted.My cost is always labor only. I want to be your long term skilled handyman. I offer discounts on work referrals to putting me in touch with new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a very friendly outgoing person that is very easy to talk to. First. I welcome them,introduce myself.I next find out their needs.I offer a resolution for the needs with the best options based on their price range and flexibility.I give them a quote for their scope of work.Schedule a date for the work,perform the work in a professional and clean manner.When the work is complete,I get to see another happy face and hopefully a new relationship established with anything else they may need going forward. I want to be your long term Handyman for everything you may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
26 Years’ experience as a Service Manager in the repair and maintenance industry. There is nothing in your home that I cannot repair/replace or upgrade. Highly experienced in the repair/replacement of TV mounting/wire hiding. Shelving ,Lighting, Electrical , Plumbing, Appliance, Window Blind, Picture hanging installs. Door /Window replacements. Drywall repair and renovations. Decks, Fences, Siding -rebuilds, replacement or full new installs. I have extensive experience in HVAC replacement/repair, fully certified. I have extensive knowledge in HVAC troubleshooting and repair, Electrical diagnosis and repair. Plumbing replacement/repair.TV/Furniture installation and Major/Minor appliance repair. Anything that involves your home, I can repair/replace or upgrade.
