Tyler from Sweat Equity Fitness is the go-to personal trainer in the Southtowns! I have had several trainers, but Tyler was the only one who could get me to the next level. I didn't realize how much I preferred being in a studio compared to a gym until I made the decision to try Sweat Equity. You are one on one with the trainer, and it allows you to develop a personal relationship that I don't believe is attainable in a crowded gym. Great experience, and great results, thanks to Tyler at Sweat Equity Fitness!

Tyler was an exception trainer! After some medical issues I wasn't sure if I would get my full strength back...but after a few months training with Tyler I am in the best shape of my life! Even my Dr's are amazed by the results Tyler has helped me achieve. Training with Tyler was the best decision I have made in years!
