I was about to throw my laptop out of the window but luckily, I was referred to PC Surgeon Buffalo from the lawfirm that they support. They were able to rescue my computer and save all my pictures that I thought were lost for good! I highly recommend them to anyone who has any computer problems, especially for computer illiterate people like myself! Oh and it doesn't hurt that the owner is a cutie who is very easy on the eyes!! Brian has named his company very well, he is knowledgable, smart, fair and very personable, honest and trustworthy. His skills not only with our desktop, but laptops, printers,and network issues, were much needed and appreciated. We called Brian from PC Surgeon in a panic when suddenly our computer screen went blank and we could not access any of our information. Brian was prompt and efficient with a friendly, professional manner. He was able to find the problem and complete the repairs needed while saving all of our files, including our precious photos.
