Introduction: I pay close attention to detail. If it wouldn't look good in my home, I certainly wouldn't do it to yours. I listen to what the customer wants. I prefer they purchase all materials beforehand; this way they get the best price, and it's not inflated later.
I enjoy seeing the finished product. I make certain the customer is completely satisfied. Sure, they might be "picky" or "perfectionist", but it's their home. They want to be able to show it off, not hide it.

Painted and Remodeled 5 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath, Living and Sitting Room, Kitchen and Dining area. Job was completed prior to expected date. House is now on the market for sale and looks beautiful.
He also is my primary handyman for my 4 rental properties and makes necessary repairs as reported by tennats.
