I came to Robert looking to create a webpage for my restaurant. As a small but very busy popular restaurant, it is difficult to accomodate reservations. All of our reservations are written out on paper. I came to Robert looking to create a webpage within our budget to take a step up for our restaurant. We wanted a professional webpage created with access to make online reservations as well as providing our menu, our staff, certifications, and contact information. As a restaurant of Phantom Gourmet we certainly wanted a tab of the webpage containing our Phantom Gourmet video and information. We provided past information to Robert about the history of our restaurant to incorporate in as well. We are an old italian restaurant and we wanted some history on our page as well. With a lot of information on hand, Robert accepted the task and went to work quickly. It was not 5 days later when Robert contacted me about the completion of our page. I could not have been more appreciative of Roberts hard work and dedication. The webpage was more than we had expected for the time that it took and exceeded the work expected for the price that was under our budget and very affordable. I would recommend Robert to anyone as he certainly plays a major role in our restaurant running more smooth and for our customers being satisfied with their visit. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is to understand exactly what the client is looking for. I then create mockups for the client to show them what the site will look like before I begin developing, once the client is satisfied with the mockups, I begin developing. Then the final step is to make as many revisions, until the customer is completely satisfied. For logo work, I will send over 5 different sketch ideas for the logo. The client then picks their favorite sketch and we move forward with that one for as many revisions as it takes until the client is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate who earned my Bachelor's degree in Interactive Digital Design, with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
