Introduction: I have heard from many clients that I "go the extra mile". By that they usually mean that I take the time to explore other options that previous technicians did not, often resulting in the resurrection of a damaged computer or the recovery of "unrecoverable" data. There's also the quality of work and parts. When I build a computer or replace parts, I always make sure to keep abreast of the latest in tech - ensuring that the client's computer has the most cost effective and reliable parts. There's nothing more gratifying than hearing someone so excited and pleased that their computer has been repaired or their data has been recovered. I've had one client from Australia make me a gift basket of Australian treats, another crying mother who almost lost ALL of her baby pictures make me a chocolate pie, and countless thank you letters. It really feels great that I was able to do something that someone else said couldn't be done.

I'm illiterate when it comes to computers and Christopher Moore was very patient and took the time to explain in detail the issues that needed to be dealt with on my computer. My computer was a mess. Christopher took remote control, and within a couple of days I had my computer back and working like brand new. He also gave me excellent advise regarding my next purchase of a computer and told me he would help me to set it up. With all the problems my computer had and all the time he spent cleaning it up, I was surprised the bill was so low. I will always hire Christopher in the future for all my computer issues.

Mr. Moore was understanding of my problem. I found out the hard way my now former IT man passed away suddenly a few weeks back, and it was no wonder my calls and emails went unanswered. I needed an honest tech and fast! Good luck to me, huh? I found Mr. Moore and he went to work right away removing viruses, malware and completing a health check on the machine. I am pleased with his professionalism and speed of service, and I was not gouged with fees. The fee was very reasonable for the job done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client decided to get a second opinion on an external hard drive. The previous "technician" claimed that the hard drive was completely dead and that the data could not be recovered. This particular external hard drive however, was not dead and simply needed a replacement enclosure. Within minutes, my new client had all of his data back. Quick note about that job; Though the hard drive was functional, it did show signs of impending failure and I facilitated a replacement as well.
