- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 Assessment Fee that goes toward total cost of repair if phone can be repaired. Parts range from $40 -75 each plus labor which is usually $50-75 depending on time repair takes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IT / computer hardware and software repair...plus have supported phone repair and setup within the IT arena also.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in IT for about 15 years and have watch a few repairs...when my Samsung phone LCD shattered I decided to try it. I had no problem. Then my daughters IPhone broke...fixed her phone also. Decided it was a good add on business to my already established business of computer repair, graphic design, and photography.
