- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to keep rates as competitive as possible. As the saying goes, sometimes you get what you pay for. Be suspicious of any contractor that provides unusually low rates; they are oftentimes not the professionals you'd want taking care of your home or business. Luckily for our customers, WISE WASH isn't burdened by high overhead, so the savings get passed on to you! We probably aren't the cheapest or the most expensive. But we are fair and honest with a work ethic that won't be beat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself in person to every customer possible. I go over the entire process in detail and always inquire if the customer understands or has any questions about the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been washing for about 12 years, always for other people. I started my own business last year and have studied several different washing techniques over the past 12 years. We specialize in soft washing surfaces so no damage will occur from those high pressure machines. My HAZMAT training proves beneficial when dealing with the different chemicals involved in washing exterior surfaces.
