Courteous, able to do multiple types of different tasks we needed done around the house from electrical to minor plumbing to hanging curtain rods ands towels racks; a real jack-of-all-trades! I hired Courtland to do several projects including hanging light fixtures, window treatments, and art work. He was extremely professional, walked me through each project and did a great job. I would hire him again for future projects.

He missed the first appointment but gave me a quote for $125 including supplies (though it was only from seeing it on Thumbtack). When he showed up, he said it would be $175 plus supplies ($50), plus painting ($50). We agreed to his price. At the end of the first day, he asked to be paid for the days work (minus painting) and we agreed. He said he would come back to paint. We scheduled a day and time. He never came back. He said he overslept. We rescheduled again and again he did showed up. No text, nothing. I even asked him to please let me know if he was not planning to come and he agreed that he would be there at 10 AM on Friday. We waited all day. He's just not reliable. Very frustrating.
