I have been a tech with comcast/charter for over 15 years so when it comes to home devices and pheriphals I am very knowledgeable definitely not mr know it all but if there is anything I am not familiar with, I will advise you before showing up to your door without a clue so you the customer ahead of time can make the decision to have the right person for the job. Seeing the satisfaction on a customers face once a job is complete and the knowledge I can give to them in regards to the job , ie what I am doing how I am doing it , so in the future what they have acquired from me can be used by them in another setting . it's all about growth and helping each other.

They did a great job installing the new lighting. The wiring in our house is a mess and they correctly identified the need to run a separate circuit for the new lights (most of our circuits serve multiple rooms, both lights & outlets!) and to wire multiple switches for the lights. Also corrected a horribly miswired pair of circuits that were wired together! They were able to flip an unsightly junction box to attic access so we could drywall over. Very happy with how the work came out.
