- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is establish a clear line of communication. Typically through email but also it is important to have a secondary form such as a phone number. After communication is established I typically require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid before we continue. After the deposit is paid it is important that I know what they already HAVE - any graphic designs they have already had done, any social media, any images/logos or websites, then we can build their new design around that or redesign everything =)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been designing websites since I was 16 years old. I started from a blank page in notepad and went from there =) soon I began delving into graphic design, social media marketing, video marketing and more!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with small businesses, large organizations public and private, private individuals building their own brand, and friends and family.
