Introduction: We are a gourmet grilled cheese food truck. Having a food truck at your event makes you the coolest host/hostess! We love private events, we serve 6 types of grilled cheeses, tomato soup, chips and drinks. We also have beautiful platters available to round out your menu. Weddings, graduations, corporate events.
Our various licenses: SafeServe and Allergen Certified, Hawkers and Peddlers License, Board of Health Certified, Fire Department Certified, CORI and SORI.
We love to create seasonal specialties like our spinach, artichoke goat cheese sandwich with a hint of garlic. But our best seller is the Apple, Bacon, Cheddar. Of course our classic Mom's American grilled cheese is a big hit with kids of all ages. Our house made roasted tomato soup get rave reviews!

Hired Mom on the Go Food Truck for our neighborhood party and it was a major hit! All adults and children love the grilled cheeses and soups. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!! Grilled cheese with Brie and apple was an adult hit and her classic grilled cheese satisfied even the pickiest child! Owner is wonderful to work with also!
