- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a 1 hour consultation, I will be able to familiarize myself with your space, and work with you to set goals. From there, any number of full (3-4 hour) sessions can be scheduled to achieve incremental results. There are different solutions for everyone's organizing and home staging goals, and I enjoy finding the best fit for each one of my clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2015, I have been a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). This organization provides training and ethical standards for our industry, both of which are a priority for my business. I am currently serving on the board of directors for NAPO Baltimore, as Programs Director.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The first question to ask yourself is, "Am I ready?" To let someone into your space, to entertain different ideas, to define your priorities, to try something new!
