Had this nan over to give me a estimate on a project i had. He and i shook hands, agreed on a price and start date. Two days later he texted me and told me the price for my project had "DOUBLED" in price. I text this man asked for a phone call from him and "NOTHING"! I called this man on the phone, left a voice message and asked he return my call and "NOTHING"!! I finally got this man on the phone and he assured me the start date and approx. time we agreed on was still on. The start date and time came and went and still never heard from or seen this man. Finally called this man on the phone again and he again assured me we were still on, and i would see him later that morning. The morning came and went and still have not seen or heard from this man again.
