Mike installed a Mitsubishi HVAC unit in private residence. Very professional installation outside and inside home. Work done on time and is working as the unit should. Outside unit installation required pad preparation and electrical hookup which was done without incident. Inside installation required drilling through inside to outside of residence and was done without flaw; the outside hoses and wiring were secured to the structure and after painting to match house was almost undetectable. Installer instructed homeowners on remote usage and cleaning/maintenance. We would highly recommend using Shannandale Heating and Air for all of your HVAC needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call/diagnostic charge is $72. This charge includes travel to your house & doing complete check of your heating or cooling system. Depending on what the problem is, this may be the total charge to fix if very minor or quote to repair or replace parts will be given at this time. All major credit cards are accepted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate degree in hvac/r from triangle tech. Pittsburgh PA. also, universal certified to handle refrigerants, Nate certified in heat pumps and gas furnaces, and have carbon monoxide certification.
