- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule an appointment to do an inspection of the property. When I arrive I will complete a thorough inspection of the home to determine the scope of the project. While I am doing the inspection, I will point out any observations in question. After completing the inspection I explain what I have determined to be the source of the problem and what we will need to do to eliminate the problem so it will not return.

We began this business because the humid weather in our area creates mold growth, which needs to be controlled so a healthy living environment can be provided to our families and friends.
