$45/ single session $120/ 4 sessions $300/ 16 sessions $100 for online coaching and 10% off for students(except online coaching)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation to get to know my client, their needs, what they would like to achieve, and any injuries that I need to be aware of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience. I studied Health and Wellness, exercise science, pre-physical therapy, and have some courses for personal training itself.
