- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For installations we need to view the property before we can give the customer a price. No two homes have the same requirements and depending on location local building codes are different for each municipality nty in NC and SC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer to explain the requirements of the municipality in which the customer resides. In NC homes built after 7/1/2009 are required by State Law to have a separate water meter for irrigation. Price varies by municipality. After contact with customer we do like to meet with customer at build site. For Repairs, Spring Activation, Winterization and System Upgrades we have a set fee for the first hour at your location. All other fees will be discussed with the customer prior to performing work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been performing irrigation services for 35 years. I attend Continuing Education Classes, Green Industry Seminars and Trade Shows yearly. I am a Certified Rachio Pro, Rainbird Certified Factory Trained Professional, Better Business Bureau Accredited Company and have a degree for San Diego Mesa College. I am a US marine Corps veteran.
