Introduction: With 40 years experience, and a solid crew that has been together for years, we mesh well, and mesh well with our customers. We just have our act together, and it shows in our work. We are certified roof installers for 7 different metal manufacturers, 3 different asphalt manufacturers, and 2 rubber roof manufacturers. We also install gutters, siding, soffit, and fascia. We do just about any other type of construction, pole barns, garages, decks, etc. I have been in the construction business for 40 years, and I take great satisfaction in a job well done, and a happy customer.

All I can say is my roof looks fantastic! Primo and his crew were the best. Professional and knowledgeable I was kept informed every step of the way. They even painted my awning to match my roof and siding at no cost to me. The whole job was completed on time and the price was more than fair. We moved in 2000. Our house was built in the late 50's early 60's. Seaboard Contractors LLC came in and they installed a new asphalt roof, then we moved on to new windows and then new siding on the house and garage. At this point I feel like I'm in a new house.

He arrived unprepared, without a ladder, and he gave me an estimate. We set a date for installation and he did not show up. I called him and he said he had been sick and asked if he could call me the next day to reschedule. He never called back.

Let us remember I told you I am a 60 yr old man with double knee implants from 45 years of going up and down ladders. We were out there twice to do it and nobody was there.

Most of these jobs need to be estimated on site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to go out and get acquainted with new clients, get a feel for their vision of what they want the finished product to look like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a lot of engineering courses over the years, and worked a lot of segments of the construction business. I Have OSHA 10 certification, and Red Cross safety training. I am a certified metal, asphalt and rubber roof installer.
