- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key for me, to better understand customer needs and expectations, so a clear and detailed dialogue at the beginning is standard. From there it is based on the unique customer project and request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Six Sigma YellowBelt Certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for Ameriplan after school, during high school, taking care of some administrative work part time. From there I have worked full time with multiple companies over 10+ years, expanding my clerical expertise and customer service.
