- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minium 1 hour charge for service calls are $97.50. It's pro rated after that. The standard service calls for many repairs are only an hour. Our vehicles are stocked with all the materials to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take in as much information as possible then together we come to compromise on how we would proceed with our next steps. Wether trying to schedule a service, trouble shooting issues at home or place of buisness, scheduling a free estimate and much more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started helping out the family buisness by cleaning up the shop when I was 12 years old. From there I worked every summer with my till I took my apprenticeship. Unfortunately company closed the doors shortly after my father passing and the houseing market crash. Few years later i was able to get my masters license and open a business of my own.
