Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I can do online personal training, nutrition, and wellness coaching. My services are all very professional and I provide as much help as I possibly can. I have 3 (almost 4) certifications, one is in ACE (a national recognized certification) one in Alloy, which is a circuit training based certification, last is a strength and conditioning certification. I am on my way to getting a Health Coach certification and Nutrition. My nutrition I provide is very basic, since it doesn't need to be complicated. Food is food. I don't sell you any supplements, I can recommend some but I don't take any personally. Eating healthy is 90% of the battle in losing weight, exercise and having a can do attitude is the other 10%! My one on one services can be either in a park, at home, near my gym, or any where really! I make workouts that are very basic and that everyone can do. I also give you the program that I do with you so you can do it on your own! Every personal trainer you get will just train you, I want to educate you and motivate you to do it on your own so my services aren't needed any more! My number 1 goal for everyone is to eventually to get you to motivate yourself with the progress you've made and that will make you want to continue to make working out into a lifestyle! I hope to meet you and to get to know you more! I love working with people of all different ages and abilities. I've worked with 12 to 87 year old, all of them having different abilities to working out. I love seeing progress and seeing people get into better and better shape! Adults are more of my specialty but I have trained youth programs that 12 to 17 yr old have attended and they've been awesome! I also have trained whole families before (about 5, 2 adults and 3 children), I don't do those normally but am more than willing to do it! I also have trained basketball, softball, and volleyball players.

Every workout with Matt gets me excited for the next one! He is very friendly and motivating during workouts. Not only have I learned new exercises, but also ways to improve technique with old ones. Our workouts typically alternate between strength training and circuit training. Workouts are creative with different types of equipment being utilized and main muscle groups targeted. You know it is a great workout when you leave the gym sweating!
