The best photos are the photos that you, the customer, are happy with. That's why I work with you carefully and patiently to understand and capture the photos that are stunning and will impress everyone. After your photo shoot is finished, my work continues. I edit and finalize the photos as I use your input (through email) during the process to obtain a final product that we can both be proud of. My customers tell me that I am patient and understanding and help them to feel comfortable posing for photos, even if it's not something they're used to doing. They also tell me that I am creative and offer them a good choice of backgrounds, moods, colors, and even suggest certain types of outfits based on individual color analysis. I am also told that during events, such as weddings, I capture the spirit of the moment with every candid photo. Meeting new people and making them feel at ease is great. I have a genuine interest in getting to know each client that I have the privilege of working with. When I saw the Fotosbysantos portfolio I fell in love with his photographic style. I have looked at numerous portfolios and talked to several photographers, but when it came to my wedding I only trusted Santos. Given last minute changes on my side, Santos was not available for a small part of religious ceremonies but he arranged for a young genius to step in for that part. Santos was always easy to communicate with and provided continuous guidance even outside of his working hours! The photographs from our wedding are spectacular.

Santos did a photoshoot for my daughter, my dog and me and all I can say is that he is a very professional and detail oriented photographer, he had lots of patience with my toddler and the pictures came out amazing, such a beautiful work, He is been always keeping in touch throughout the whole photo session and photo selection process. It is been a very good experience, I will definitely recommend him for any photography work that you need, the work quality is excellent.

Kleber gave me a great deal for my milestone birthday party. He was very professional and I loved that he went to the venue days before my event to get a feeling for the place. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with individuals based on their needs. Everyone is different. So, I quote based on the very limited information given to me in the bid request, but then pricing is always open to being tweaked to best suit their personal budget and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a challenge to capture a moment in time, so I try getting to know someone from the very beginning. Bringing out the best in someone is always fun and that's what I enjoy the most about the process. To see them smile when they tell me they hardly ever smile and getting it in the shot, that's when we both win.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a design background and a degree in Communications design. I have worked with photographers and lots of individuals in the design field. As for photography, gear is always changing and so is my approach as I am a lifelong learner! I believe that if you're not growing, you're not going anywhere! Not only do I always seek to become a better photographer, I am always seeking to become a better me!
