Introduction: I am a NASM certified trainer. I have experience with a wide variety of clients due to my time working at Gold's Gym, YouFit, and independently. I can tailor strength and conditioning workouts to any style, hobby or sport you are most interested in. I have experience working with beginner clients as well as advanced athletes. I charge $20 for the initial meeting where we will do a light assessment workout and point you in the right direction in regards to your goals. My normal price is $50 per hour sessions or $27.50 per half hour. My clients typically come to me, and I am willing to travel within the West Bank area or meet at a park. My clients range from individuals recovering from injuries to mixed martial arts students, so I can train you as long as you have the will to learn. The success of my training depends on the trust and comfort between my clients and myself, so I do my best to create a hospitable environment for them. I also provide learning materials for my clients to practice on their own time, so they don’t have to experience a lull between sessions. I enjoy what I do because I want to help others improve in their goals, no matter how small. Fitness is serious because your health depends on it, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun!

Ian is very thorough and patient. He made sure I was following the proper techniques and maximizing my workout. I love the fact that I get a "homework" sheet for days I am not attending class. Ian is awesome instructor and I have already recommended him to everyone that mentions yoga or working out.

Really knowledgeable! He listens to your goals and personalizes work outs to help you achieve your goals. Patient and encouraging, Ian is a highly recommended trainer. His understanding approach is great for beginners and advance athletes!

I trained with Ian for about six months and he was truly amazing. There will always be moments when you want to give up just a little bit when you are working towards your fitness goals, and Ian gives you the nudge you need to make it through that moment and become better.

Ian possesses a great understanding of body mechanics with a focus on mobility. Working with him has really upped my BJJ game. I feel much stronger in my sparring sessions and just more comfortable in all positions. Stupendous trainer.
