- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't like to give prices up front because I prefer to assess the area involved first, just so I'll know exactly what I need as far as cleaning supplies to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to make a first impression on the customer. Once hired I do a miraculous job that will keep me coming back again and again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have well over 30 plus years of cleaning and organizing for quite a few people that can speak on my behalf.
