- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees start at $25 for one to two signatures and may vary according to document. Additional documents or stamp, $2 a page. Standard auto title is $20 within a 20 mile radius. No charge for witnesses provided by customer, additional $5 per witness, if notary has to supply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Certain things are required for me to notarize your documents Requirements: Everyone who is signing MUST be present. Witnesses cannot be a party to the instrument, must be of sound mind, and MUST be present. A valid government issued photo ID (Drivers License, State ID, or Passport) for each person signing. ID must not be expired and must reflect the name printed on the document. The documents to be notarized must be completed entirely before notarization (no blanks). Please let me know in advance if you require a customized document.
