The original quote was given in March and is a starting off point depending on the size of the yard and the services needed/requested. After assessment of the property in question, it was obvious that there was an extreme amount of work that needed to be done other than what was originally requested by the homeowner. We were willing to take care of the work that needed to be done, but only at a fair and reasonable price. Homeowner was not willing to negotiate the quote that was given 3 months prior. It's unfortunate that we could not come to an agreement, because we would have loved to give this homeowner a beautiful yard.
