- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different however we offer free estimates on all jobs so feel free to contact us via phone or our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we are contacted through our website or pro boards we are on across the area. From there we come out and give you a free quote on the job. An estimate will be sent usually in the following few days. Once accepted we schedule a time that works best for both the customer and us. We come out then and accomplish the project at hand. After the job is complete we make sure the customer is beyond happy then move onto the next one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 16 years. Every winter we are attending seminars to continue our education in our field. There is always new technology and improved methods to certain aspects of irrigation. So the growth is endless...
