Perfectly Planned help make my wedding day perfect! We had a short time to plan our wedding (only 4 months) but with the help of Perfectly Planned we didn't have to make any sacrifices! She helped us get exactly what we wanted, within our budget and was honest when asked for advice and opinions! Very punctual and responsive, and with our short timeline she was very focused, dedicated and never too busy to take a silly question or go over something with me again 😊! She took care of everything day of fabulously and kept the whole night running smoothly! Her love of event planning and people showed every step of the the way! So grateful for all Perfectly Planned did for us!

Perfectly Planned did an absolutely outstanding job for my husband and I's wedding! She paid extremely close attention to detail and was so thoughtful to what our preferences were. She was there whatever time/day we needed her and she helped make my day stress free for me. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Veronica is beyond excellent in her planning abilities. She is very detailed oriented and ensures that every little detail will be handled. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic day of coordination services start at $1200, I have a middle of the road package for those who do not need help with vendor selection starting at $1800 and the full "everything wedding" package beginning at $2500. Corporate clients pay $50 per hour for most services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them in person or over the phone to see if our personalities are a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree which trained me to be good with a budget, highly organized and detail oriented. I also have a certificate degree in Meeting & Event Planning along with 15+ years of hands on experience.
