Cassie G.Dec 20, 2018VerifiedDOGTOWN Day Camp for Dogs's reply
Thanks for the 5 stars, Cassie! I'm looking forward to seeing Uno and Ada again.
Sharon is amazing! She makes our three dogs feel right at home with her sweet dogs. She sends pics and texts throughout the day/stay of our pets. They are treated like part of her pack and the peace of mind that they are happy is invaluable. Thanks Sharon!Jun 26, 2018Verified
I loved Sharon! I didn't want to board my dogs in a typical, one room facility. Sharon is home with them, lets them sleep in her bed and play outside. She gave me text updates about what they were up to and how they were doing. Highly recommend DogTown DayCamp!Jun 4, 2018Verified
Flixible with drop off and pick up dates and times. Texted up dates and photos while we were away. Dogs were well cared for.Jan 13, 2018
Sharron was great. She kept our puppy for the night, and sent us photos and updates every few hours. When our puppy was reluctant to eat her food, she contacted us to let us know and ask if she could give her a treat or two. Baylee seemed excited and happy when we picked her up, and we will definitely have Sharron watch her again!Dec 29, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Normally, I charge $35 for 5+ hours of daycare and $25 for less than 5 hours. My fee is $45 for overnight boarding if the pet is picked up before noon the next day. Tyically, I charge $75 for overnight petsitting in the pet's home. I give a discount for multiple pets. I also work with owners whose pet(s) will be staying at DOGTOWN for an extended period. And, I am available evenings and weekends for daycare at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I encourage the pet owner to bring their dog to my home for a "meet and greet" as a first step. All the dogs can get to know each other, owners can get a tour of my home and property, and I can go over the daily routine and answer questions. I also have a detailed questionaire for the owner which covers everything from the pet's health to his/her favorite toys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Communications. I worked at a local veterinary hospital for almost 5 years as well as at a canine exercise and training facility. I am certified in pet CPR by the American Red Cross. I have experience working at an outdoor, off-leash canine training and exercise facility. I also have many years of experience training my own dogs in obedience. agility, and clicker training.
