- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the most competitive prices in the Bay Area. We can customize any package to fit that customer's security needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get as much info from our customers about the project as possible. If possible we will give them a phone estimate about pricing. In some complicated projects, we would need to go give a free estimate. We also provide a free security analysis at any time of the week. This is where we come to recommend a security system based on the customer's needs. Once a proposal has been submitted to the customer we begin the work within one to three business days. Most of our projects only take 1 to 2 days to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have started working in this field since 1997. Our head technician and now co-owner was in the military where he specialized in low voltage systems, security camera installs, surround sound equipment, and base/home automation. Then we continued in the private field for the next 15 years. In 2018 we got our C-7 contractors license for all equipment and project relating to low voltage systems.
