- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Apex Heating & Air we always give an up front price and if homeowner agrees to the work provided we will then start the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new customer is to start by deciding what type of work the homeowner needs done. If the work is something the company and the homeowner can benefit from we send out a free quote. If the quote goes through we schedule a time and day to further inspect the problem and begin with the work quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Apex Heating & Air we continue to strive to be the best and have on going CEU Credit Hour Training to help better the company at solving issues that occur on heating and air systems. Also we are Certified by the EPA Clean Air Section 608 and are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured to protect your home.
