- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For mobile apps there is a $100 account setup fee. Hosting starts at $14.95/mo. for 1 app. Up to $147/mo for unlimited apps hosting. All apps include access to a mobile app builder, pagetype and template library and publishing tools. Also included are In-App-Purchase, advertising and Push Notifications. For Mobile responsive websites a minimum of $650 includes access to all website/business building tools and 1 year of hosting. Includes home page, privacy policy, blog and About me page. You get an e-commerce ready mobile responsive website. Unlimited email addresses and a newsletter and much more. Prices for extra work are on a per project basis. Pricing includes basic startup through online registration or App Store publishing. We teach you how to build your app or website along the way. After project completion the customer can continue to build on their project with no additional costs. Startup advice and counseling are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work together through electronic communications. I.e. phone, email or text. New customers get to work with the system as a guest. If they decide to publish then a fee is charged for setup of an account. I work with clients advising on content selection and monetization schemes. I follow all projects from concept to publishing. I offer publishing under my account as part of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Webmaster with 12 years experience. Projects include business websites, mobile apps and special tools for websites. i.e. shopping carts, dropdown menus, graphics and jQuery tools. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AutoCAD and more. Degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting. Over 20 years experience as a Design Engineer. Large project and content management experience. 20 years experience programming in various computer languages. Tim has 10 years experience as a senior video engineer. Transferring film to video colorist, television production and video engineering. He enjoys computer programming, content management and being creative.
