FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know it's suggested to give the customer a price, even if it's a ballpark price. So many times with the information given it's hard to do. I don't want to tell someone a low price to get my foot in the door then get to the job and double or even triple the price. I do offer a free onsite estmate. That way there are no suprises to them or me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respect my customers and I treat them with respect. They are how I earn my living. I want them to feel comfortable with me doing there work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a highschool diploma, 2 years of trade school. Most importantly I have hands on training. Growing up, my grandparents had a farm. My grandpa was my idol. He was a hard working man and you couldn't keep me away. He could fix anything and I was right there with him. He taught me what hard work was and for other than a few aches and pains I wouldn't trade those times for the world.
